Before you ask
How far ahead should I ask?+
A few days is plenty for most routes. For Hue, Cham Island or a multi-day trip, a week or more gives Tom room to arrange the car, the boat and the tickets.
What does a custom day cost?+
It depends on distance, how long you want, and how many of you there are — a private car and guide cost about the same for one guest or five, so the per-person price drops with group size. Tom sends a fixed quote before anything is booked.
Can you handle several days in a row?+
Yes. Airport meet and greet, private transport between cities, hotel suggestions, tickets and guiding can all be arranged as one trip.
Do I have to pay a deposit?+
No. You pay at the end of the tour, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
Can you do a shore excursion from a cruise ship?+
Yes — pickup at Tien Sa or Chan May, built around your ship's timing so you are back on board with room to spare.
